Why Mindglade? +
Mindglade lets you block the distracting parts of social media without compromising on the people that matter to you. If checking messages without scrolling is a priority, Mindglade is right for you.
Does Mindglade track my activity? +
No. The extension only runs simple code on the small set of sites where it has filters. It doesn't read URLs from any other tab or track you across the internet.
Why does Mindglade ask for access to all websites? +
We ask for permissions such that the full website blocking works successfully. We can't predict which websites users choose to block, so having permission to all websites helps us redirect you from your blocklist.
Why are some features not blocked even though I toggled them on? +
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, please let us know through the feedback form.
Why do I see Instagram keep loading the front page after I blocked it? +
Instagram will keep trying to load it depending on if you scrolled or not. We are looking into a way to fix this in our next update.
How can I request a feature or report a bug? +
You can request a feature or report a bug through the feedback form.
Can I sync my website block list across browsers? +
Yes. You can create an account and it will automatically sync.
How can I cancel my subscription? +
Go to your account page and select "Manage Billing". This will bring you to the Stripe payments page. Select the subscription and press cancel.
Which browsers are supported? +
Mindglade is currently available for Chrome on the Chrome Web Store. Support for more browsers is on the roadmap.
