Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Mindglade Pro subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We want Mindglade to genuinely help you, so if something isn't right, get in touch — we'll do our best to sort it out.

How refunds work

Payments for Mindglade Pro are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for time remaining in a billing period. That said, we review every refund request and may grant a refund at our discretion — for example, if you were charged in error or ran into a problem we couldn't resolve. If you'd like a refund, just ask and tell us what happened.

You can also cancel at any time to stop future charges, and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancelling vs. refunding

These are two different things:

  • Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period, and you are not charged again. You can cancel yourself at any time from your account page via the Stripe billing portal.
  • Refunding returns money from a charge already made. Request one by contacting us, as described above.

How to request a refund

Reach out through our support form with the email address on your account, and let us know what happened. We typically respond within one working day.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Once we process a refund, it usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not control that timing.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or cooling-off rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Where the law gives you greater rights than this policy, those rights apply.
